hands down best house on campus. Never a dull moment in the sig ep house. Great guys that hang out with the hottest girls. Won every Greek award including march madness.

SigEp is known around the campus as the house to rush if you're a balanced man. You have to consider a house that has a great reputation amongst IFC & campus as well as hoisting any big greek award possible. All of this has been done even by only having their 306 house for 1 year. Their social life includes many events with the top tier sororities on campus due to past experience. This is reinforced by winning best social fraternity last year by popular vote according to the school newspaper.

Yea I'm in a top sorority at ISU and i can honestly say SigEp is always referred to as top house... From my experience they have far and away the best parties, definitely classy, and um... well its pretty universally known that they have the hottest guys on campus. Top house in my mind and in pretty much all of my sorority minds as well <3
