Fun down to earth girls you can hang out with and actually hold a convo with, from what I hear they're working on their chapter so called slipping and their campus involvement since they are no longer on probation. great house and expecting big things from them this year.

A girl on my floor was a dz and became one of my best friends. She is the nicest girl and beautiful. She was always had plans with dz but would also hang out with her "GDI" friends. The girls I that her friends were really nice and cute. Hearing the stereo type would turn someone away from dz but my friend is not easy at all. She made me actually really respect dz and if I wasn't going to be a junior dz is the only house I would rush

Definitely the top house with the most down to earth and real girls. doesnt hurt that they look good as well. they have the best philanthropy on campus and are always such a good time to hangout with. even if you're not chi o they treat you with utmost respect coming from someone who isnt even greek
