Theses guys have a strong brotherhood. If you are not a part of that brotherhood, you can feel like an outsider and won't understand their inside jokes. They seem to have fun with one another. They are active with the Latino community and you always see more than one of the members at any single. They could work on collaborating with other groups on campus.
