Incredibly boring. They really don’t do much other than spend daddy’s money at barrio. Somehow they’re top tier, but that’s probably going to not be the case in a year.

Very attractive. A lot of underlying problems. When girls are dropping left and right it is a big deal at a small school. Grades are okay, involvement on campus is subpar at best. Top tier but fading FAST.

Honestly, who are these guys? Completely irrelevant on campus and do nothing as far as parties go. Probably going to die in the next year or two. Nobody would really care, because nobody knows they exist.

This used to be the number one fraternity on campus. They’re still top two, but that is not saying much. There are some really good people in Beta, I honestly don’t know what happened to them though.

The sig eps are very immature and very single minded. They do well with recruiting members but have a hard time with developing those boys into men. I don’t see them as a dynamic group of guys.
