Chi O is filled with a ton of great girls! This is a strong chapter that is super involved in the community here at JCU. I really appreciate their philanthropy efforts. The Greek community wouldn't be the same without them!

Chi O has lost it's spark. Their page is filled with a bunch of self rankings. Notice how a new ranking was posted for each sorority on August 3rd... well coincidentally the only good rating was the Chi O one. Instead of self ranking maybe you should work on being kinder to the other members of campus.

This sorority has managed to the keep the reputation of recruiting smart and ambitious women. They have a quirky sisterhood, but the girls seem to get along well with one another. Their philanthropy is good and they are very involved. They are a solid organization, but they definitely struggle with recruiting girls solely because a lot of girls don’t see them as the “popular sorority”. However, the most recent PC seems to be helping to change that.

I have interacted with a lot of these girls and they are all really sweet and all seem to care about each other. Every time I see Theta’s, they are always together. They don’t really seem to be as involved as other sororities on campus though. They have a decent social life and philanthropy, and seem to have a pretty strong sisterhood.

GPHI’s have a lot of beautiful women in their chapter and definitely have built their image off of their looks. In the past they seemed to have focused too much on that image component and less on building a strong sisterhood and finding more sweet girls that are involved and scholarly. However, that has seemed to have changed. Last years PC’s were sweet and contributed to the chapters GPA increasing. They did loose their floor and also have a tendency to loose girls, but if they really work on strengthening their sisterhood, philanthropy and involvement, I could see them easily fixing a lot of the internal and external issues that they seem to deal with.

Chi O’s are respected both nationally and at JCU. They have a diverse sisterhood, so there is definitely not a specific type of girl that they seem to promote. After having interactions with them I’d also say they are genuine and care about eachother. Some girls party, some girls don’t, but everyone seems to be pretty involved on campus and cares a lot about their academics. They definitely have a high retention rate which is a big deal at such a small school. Solid group of women.

There aren’t enough sororities to have tiers at JCU, and honestly each sorority brings something different to the table. Simply...Read More

The KD's are SOOOO underrated! They rocked it at lipsynch. I have a few friends in this chapter and they are the most down to earth ladies I know. I am sick and tired of hearing that they are a "reject sorority" or just "pass out bids to get members". They are a solid group of girls! I cannot wait to see what they have planned for recruitment!
