I agree but I feel like Tri Delt, KD, and AXO are all honestly the same level..

Theta and KD had the least PNMs who picked them. Some PNMs didn’t get their top house even when they wanted them bc they needed to fill spots. DG and KKG don’t have any issues in comparison
