What's up with SAE? Their house is completely empty and now there's a giant sign advertising monthly parking in their lot...embarrassing. Not to mention the dirty mattress that was thrown out a window and left in their side yard for months. Does anyone know what's going on?

It's getting remodeled.... Until construction starts they're renting out parking spaces. House hasn't been fixed for 40+ years.
