Wow. Fixated much? Your lambda “hate” just goes to show that the top gets targeted. Lambda is very much a real frat. The fact they keep such a large and active membership without a “house” proves it. Lol. They didn’t sell it “so OU could use offices. They sold it because they didn’t want a house “on campus” and OU paid a sweet price which has been banked all these years. As for your continued hate postings…stop stalking them and get done mental health help.

why wouldn't you want a house "on campus" lol? You wanted to cash in and sold at a low point in the market to UO, so you could send those funds to a more successful chapter? We don't need mental health just a reasonable explanation that we could sell to our parents who don't get it.

Lambdas nationals forced their UO chapter to sell their house in the 2000’s or they would have been an inactive chapter without insurance coverage. Most recently, beta and theta chi kicked lambdas out of their chapter houses. Lambdas are weak.

Not true of course. Lambda Nationals has never provided home insurance. Each frat house is insured/owned privately by local housing corporations. They weren’t kicked out of anywhere. Their lease expired as will Asigs when phi Psi is back. Don’t be an idiot and show your stupidity. Isn’t it funny how lambda prob got the biggest pc this Fall?

The fraternity was forced to move out of its former house after it lost insurance when Lambda Chi Alpha International suspended its affiliation. The international umbrella organization called the University chapter “inactive,” so the University stopped endorsing the chapter until it found a new place to live at the request of the international organization.
“The insurance company that does all the liability insurance for the national fraternity came to the decision that they were no longer willing to insure our chapter to be in that house,” said Lambda Chi Alpha Treasurer Erik Higgins. “Since they do all the insurance for all of the Lambda Chi chapters nationally, they carry quite a bit of weight in their decision.”
Higgins doesn’t hold the University responsible for anything. He said the process was exclusively between Lambda Chi Alpha International and the University chapter.
“Directly the University had nothing to do with the move,” he said. “That indirectly had to happen because we were already in suspension with our national fraternity. They had already suspended us so subsequently the University had no choice.”
Higgins said that when a chapter moves into a new house, it loses part of its identity because so many chapter members have come into and left the house over the years.
“The chapter itself didn’t change a whole lot but the house itself is sort of a foundation,” Higgins said. “There’s still a connection, but not the same connection because (members) can’t walk down they halls and say ‘this was So-and-So’s room’ and that kind of thing.

bc Lambda could/should be a good house here but suspension with nationals and selling their assets, weakened the brotherhood to a club that can't guarantee alum benefits.

Wtf are “alumni benefits”? Wow. Did you really think anyone cares about this ancient history? How much time did you take to dig up this stuff? It must really bother you that lambda took a huge pc and is still pulling people despite your smear campaign. Jesus. What did they do to you besides deny you a bid? What an absolute waste of your time. You literally influenced no one.

All the chill frats have chapter houses and all the irrelevant/lame frats don’t and are very salty.

That’s just stupid. Every house has alums that help etc. you can’t realistically think a frat that’s been active and huge for decades has no alumni support. What a weak post. Their huge pc says there’s plenty of benefit.

Lambdas haven’t been a real fraternity for a couple of decades now. They sold their original chapter house to the University in the 2000’s so they can turn it into offices.
