Honestly I think SAE Sig EP and FIJI are definitely getting up there. All 3 of these houses have great parties and super good looking new pledge classes :)

My top 3 would be Sig Ep, SAE, and Phi Psi. No particular order. They're all super nice guys and throw the best parties.

Lambda, SigEp, SAE. All of the guys attractive and are just normal guys trying to enjoy life as much as they can. Plus these 3 houses are probably in highest demand for sororities to have function with them.
