mutual selection

How do the sororities rank girls? How exactly does the mutual selection process work. Please no "it's a numbers game" answers. I want specifics!

we do a 1, 2, 3 just like PNMs. if PNM rates a 1 for a sorority, but said sorority gave them a 3, not invited back

All houses have different ways that they do it. But I'll tell you the mutual selection doesn't actually play a part until a pnm is asked back to too many houses, then they'll look at her selection. That's why girls keep going back to houses they put as 3.
