themed parties

Do sororities/frats throw themed parties? If so, what are some of the best ones you've been too?,and how was your experience?

Yeah pretty much every frat/sorority "social" is themed.
There are date dash/exclusive function themes..so for instance, Alpha Phi had one called "The Great GatsPHI" and everyone invited dressed up like they were in the 20's. Gamma Phi had one with SAE called "Barbie ho's and G.I. Joes" and thats pretty self explanatory.
And then there are actual frat party (for everyone) themes...so for instance Sig Ep will throw their annual beginning of year "Bright n' Tight" party. And AEPi and Lamba usually have their beginning of the year themed parties as well. AEPi's is "Paradise" themed.
Some other themes are: Neon, Hunters and Hunted (animal print), ABC (anything but clothes....etc etc.

Phi Psi has the around the world party every year. Literally insane and most fun I had all year :)
