what’s it like to be a bottom frat?

I’m in a mid level house that was bottom fairly recently. I’d say from my experience, we still have a lot of fun and have great brotherhood.
We have plenty of girls who appreciate our fraternity for what it is, and would rather come to a place like ours rather than a “top house”. Top houses are fun, social, and do great things, but ultimately we accept that it’s not really who we are or what we desire and that’s okay. Also, a lot of guys in my house don’t really follow the stereotype or necessarily care for the stereotypical fraternity experience and bond over the fact that we’re here to be part of something bigger while pushing aside some of the things that can arise in the typical frat experience. It’s fun in its own way, and I think actives, PNMs, and girls can see that we are just trying to be a genuine, safe place without indulging in Greek life politics

It Sucks
