phc fall recruitment quotas?

Is it true that sororities are only gonna be able to take in wayyy less girls next fall? If so PHC needs to get it together

Not PHCs fault, but yes they claim that’s what they are going to do so that the houses are closer to their members. They want to start this by making PC 18 members live in two years instead of the typical one. But I don’t believe it. They would loose so much money. My sorority is around 160 women and we still did winter COB and are under max capacity.
