rushing as a junior transfer

I'm going to be a junior in the fall and potentially transferring to UO. Do junior transfers still potentially have the same opportunity to make it into top tier houses as underclassmen if they fit in/connect with the house?

No you don't TBH. Top house PC's are mostly freshman. Houses have a quota of freshmen they need to meet. There is much less space in top houses for upperclassmen. You have a chance, but the odds are against you. Also, nobody cares about ranks here, everyone parties with each other, so hopefully being "top" isn't your main criteria. Find a house you love outside of the petty rankings that, come saturday nights, no one cares about.
