How do you hear about sororities having winter or spring recruitment/ how many girls are given bids?

Well, we know Sigma Kappa is always doing COB or you know someone from the sorority you want (for the most part). I was a winter transfer last year and it was actually difficult to figure out the details of formal recruitment for sororities.
