Extremely. With close to 1000 girls of course we're gonna be looking at your profile and pictures and see what's sets you apart

They use those profiles to determine who you talk to during rush and only a few members of the house will see them. So make sure you put a lot of details so you can be paired with girls you have things in common with but other than that they aren't that important.

Our house does a slideshow with girls after leadership days and their profiles for everyone to see and vote on so yes they are important

What type of photo is best? Full body, headshot? Does professional look try hard?

Any of those are fine as long as you look your best. Ideal would be full bod with a good look at your face.
