Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Oregon - UO 2.4 Saw a brother harassing and touching a girl uncomfortably at their snow globe party. Instead of intervening, brothers took videos and sent it amongst each other captioning “tri a delt”. Horrible.
