Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at University of Oregon - UO 1.9 This is definitely one of the weaker Kappa Sig chapters I’ve seen. They don’t live up to their solid national reputation at UO, similar to PIKE. If I had to describe this fraternity in 1 word, it’d be greasy.
