This frat makes me audibly laugh out loud. They are a joke. The guys aren’t attractive, and very very few of them have a good personality to make up for it. They all are just a little too proud to be in a mid tier frat that only hangs out with Tri Delt. Their basement is hot and doesn’t feel safe. I mean literally, the guys make you feel creeped out, so many upperclassmen and even graduates trying to hit on freshmen girls, and they just aren’t kind people. This frat has been under investigation countless times and seems to get away with it every time. Stay safe, and stay away from Theta Chi.

they aren’t very pretty, and their personalities don’t totally help redeem them. they are kinda socially awkward and just not as there and on it like other sororities when it comes to being social or making any friends. of course they have a few outliers (every sorority does) but tridelt is overall just not it. The ppl that I know living in the house hate the food. The rooms are a decent size but the house as a whole is just not very pretty or homey. They can be so dramatic and if they aren’t boy crazy then they don’t go out at all. The associate with theta chi and are just way too proud of that. That’s not a flex at all, whatsoever. They associate with a frat that still allows graduates at the parties who hook up with 17 year old freshmen. Get a grip.

All the Theta girls that I have met have been super nice and they are definitely known for being more inclusive than other chapters typically are which puts them closer to middle. Theta mostly stays out of the drama so I feel like I never hear anything about them good or bad.

A definitely great house, they’ve never been kicked off campus and it shows, really tight nit group of brothers who throw really fun parties

This frat is on the come up. They might be disaffiliated, but I feel safer here than many of the affiliated frats. The guys are some of the funniest coolest people to become friends with. They are definitely party animals, but great guys. They have a strong brotherhood and all know each other pretty well. They have the best darties in the spring with their huge yard and things like water slides. I cannot hype how much this frat deserves more attention.
