One of good friends is a Delta Sig and they party a lot. Definitely not top on campus but they are getting bigger and bigger ever year. Wouldn't doubt if they were a top house in the next couple of years.

What is this fraternity and why am I even reading about them at the top of this list? I'm sorry but this frat is not even close to top tier...not at the UO for the matter.

SigEp is definitely the top fraternity on campus right now. Based off of what I've been hearing, they've really come alive in the last few months after getting off social probation. No other frat has had even com close to the caliber of social dominance that SigEp has achieved with all of the top sororities...

I think they are under rated. Definitely not a frat i liked freshman year but once you start hanging out with them they are really nice and genuine. Definitely need to give them time and talk to them before you can judge them.

Get to know them, before you judge the entire house. There are obviously bad seeds in every house. They're down to earth, down to party, and are the girls guys want to hang out with. They're pretty, but their personalities make the house for sure.
