Hottest house on campus and are really fun. They are also really nice.

You literally never hear about betas or see them. I've never met a guy wearing his letters around campus. Okay cool they're hot, so what? They're not involved in anything and are ONLY social with like 2 sororities which is pretty lame and anti social if you ask me. They think so highly of themselves and get they aren't even that great. Try being involved and talking to more people and get off your high horses, because you're at the bottom Beta.

Well rounded group of guys, involved on campus and have good social events.

Still top but not the most desirable house to be in anymore. Still top but after the reorg they kinda never got it back together. Still fun to party with though!

There are two ways people rate sigma nu. There is "ohh they don't have a house so they can be held at a different standard then other houses." Realistically if they did the same thing they do now but in a house people would think they are nothing special. Then there are the people who are like "they don't have a house so they are just bottom". I feel like this is a little more true then the previous assumption, mainly because a guy is rarely going to pick a chapter that does not have a house

This has to be a joke. No one honestly believes that all of these positive rankings did not come from the members of Phi Kappa Psi themselves...I mean look at how close together all of the positive rankings are in terms of dates and the majority of greek life has never even heard of this house. This house is not even middle tier. Bottom bottom tier on campus

Before this year, I would say low to mid tier, but this year's pledge class is definitely more out going, hot, and fun to party with then the previous ones. They're moving up in ranks, and in a few years could be top tier...if they keep it up.

Delts are hands down the most respectable fraternity on campus. They have some very attractive guys (comment below makes no sense) and know how to party. The thing that makes DTD different is they don't get wasted on a daily basis like SAE, BETA, and SigEp.

There are probably 3 really hot guys in the house, but they don't make of for the rest of them. Very involved and very driven in school. Nice dudes, when u get to know them, and are VERY GOOD at being your friend, won't get much more then that. Very much so middle of the pack but would easily be top if they partied like SAE sig ep and beta.
