They are a top tier because they have been around almost the longest, have the hottest girls, and love to party. For the other aspect of greek life they kinda fail.. no sisterhood, no involvement, no class.

Honestly, lets not lie on this page, gamma phi is known to be the bottom of the bottom tier. For example, theta has been back for 2 years and are miles past them already.

Tri Delts have really come up in rankings since they came back. They are definitely above gamma phi, Kappa Delta, Alpa Chi Omega and Theta. There are some really hot girls and not so hot girls but all are really nice.

So check out the last three posts within one day of each other (May 5th and May 6th)- all of which ranked this frat very high. On these same days all of the top frats on this list were flooded with bad rankings... can you say "self ranking". Way to get yourself to the top of a web based ranking list. I hope you know that everyone else knows that Sigma Pi is not even close to a top house on this campus - go ask any of the top sororities

GPhi is known for their amazing sisterhood. They all support each other and seem to have a lot of fun together. They have been really active with philanthropies and functions this year. My frat had one with them this year and it was really fun and a lot of hot girls.They are definitely on the rise.

yeah DGs for the most part are good looking, but they're so full of themselves and entitled. When in public and in groups they put a bad stereotype on sororities. Everyone knows at least 1 dg that they don't like. That's sayin something

Super diverse looks and personality wise. They're not a house people normally point out, but they are really chill to have functions with. Highly involved in Greek life, not so much on campus. I never see KDs on campus. Sisterhood is one of the best I've heard.
