Phi Psi are great! They have the hottest pledge class this year and and as we all saw in the past couple weeks, they party the hardest. These guys are always gentlemen (one walked me home from a party late at night when I asked him to) and I'm surprised they aren't ranked higher.

Of the ones I know, excellent group of guys. May be new on campus, but starting up with a good core. They live up to their creed - loyal, responsible, and high character. Terrific add to the U of O!

I don't know why anyone is even ranking Theta. They've hardly been around enough to have an actual personality, like KKG or DG or Pi Phi. Any new chapter is going to have a handful of not very cute girls because headquarters hand picks the charter members, so it takes SO LONG for the chapter to normalize and figure themselves out. Talk to them in five years or something.

Classy guys, like to have a good time and know how to party. Not all tank tops and sperrys though, brothers are pretty well rounded. Definitely a top house.

These guys are good if you are considering bottom tier frats. Im surprised they are in the top 5 right now on this site. Probably due to a lot of self-rating.
