Huge house, a good majority of the guys are attractive and are really fun to hang out with. Only downside is that they do not have many live outs.

Kappa Deltas are probably the most down to earth and genuine girls on campus. They are a sorority but they do not follow the typical stereotypes of a sorority. KDs are the kind of girls that you settle down with and marry.

Most guys I've met have been total sweethearts. Party hard and party a lot. From what I can tell they have a really strong brotherhood.
