This fraternity looks okay-ish from the outside but in reality they aren't even chartered (only colonized) and they have such poor leadership/planning. Most of the guys just simply don't care, which really effects their brotherhood because they clash a lot. Kind of just a bunch of weird dudes mixed in one house and their "parties" are terrible.
