The top house without a doubt. Great guys and great brotherhood. Had a rocky start to the year but they've turned things around have gotten way more involved with greek life and the community. I don't see them going anywhere anytime soon.

I think Theta has great girls...but their competitiveness brings a very negative aura to all philanthropies, especially dance philanthropies. Before they came to campus, all sororities were in it for fun...worked hard to get first, of course. But Theta makes it incredibly competitive to the point where it's uncomfortable. Anchor Splash made me severely uncomfortable, since the rest of us were at the same friendly playing field and then Theta showed up.
