i really like some of the girls in this house and despite what other people are saying, the ones i've met seem super down to earth and nice. but i can't really tell whether they're being fake or not. they have some really pretty girls, a good amount of avg-ish girls, and a few weird ones. overall i would say this house is the best one.

i will admit that theta has improved, gotten a little bit hotter, and is very involved. however they still have mostly weird people and it will definitely take at least a couple of years to move up from bottom tier. i have seen some at parties and to be honest the ones i've seen are pretty sloppy. i see them as equal with kappa delta, maybe a bit lower

i don't really like many of the girls in this house. the ones i've met have a huge sense of entitlement just because they are in this sorority but in reality the vast majority of their girls are notttttt hot and i've heard a lot of guys say the same thing. they are actually way overrated in my opinion. dg is classier and hotter so i'm not sure why people always put alpha phi as first...(and i'm NOT in dg)
