Im surprised that theta is that far up on here honestly. they sure dont come to my mind if you asked me the top houses. i know this site is bogus so lets set the record straight. i never see thetas out together, they have a reputation for being weird. the girls i talked to during rush were some of the most awkward, weird and rookie out of anyone. just because they had a great anchor splash dance doesnt make them top. they are still developing and they have a ways to go.

super awkward during rush last year. i talked to a girl i kind of knew, and she still didnt have much to say to me. they have a really nice house and stuff which might give them the illusion of being really good but idk for sure. they dont come to mind when i think about the top five houses
