yeah i have to agree. i mean they are considered top tier but they know it and act like it and it's making them fall fast because people are realizing that they aren't all they're cracked up to be. especially the more recent pledge classes.

yeah they may have improved but theyre still not top house material. there are a few houses in this top five ranking that probably dont belong there but theta is the most misplaced.

With rush coming up, people are looking to either bash on other sororities or self rate their own. Honesty the negative things said about theta on this site are based on where they were 2 years ago. They've improved so much since then. Not top house like some of these ratings say, but still well respected and moving up! They've also gotten a lot cuter over the years.
