I've met a few girls from this house and they were really intense and strange. They're attractive, classy, and friendly towards each other, but gave an off-putting vibe to anyone else. Though, I know one girl in there who is super sweet. So I'm not sure about this house.

These girls look like they seem to get along when they're together, but I know a few members and getting to know them one on one, they're either super annoying or super rude. The spectrum is to be in your face and really loud, or be jealous and stuck-up. Haven't met anyone in-between. Also known for being unattractive.

I like how people are saying they can't be top tier because they're new. They're actually making wakes in Greek life they have been able to spice it up and bring competitiveness to the table. A good house and getting better.

this house is so far from the top 5. everyone else on here is probably arguably in the top 5 depending on who you talk to but theta is not there yet. not a bad house just not established enough

I'm a girl who is friends with a ton of guys in this house, and that's no coincidence! They're really friendly and respectful towards each other and girls. They're easy to talk to, funny, smart and really welcoming. They have some rules at parties, but what houses don't? They're just great guys who work hard and play hard. Can't wait to party with them again this year.
