It’s good this house got kicked off campus. Their members are trashy and they were a bad look for UO altogether.

I’ve never heard of Sig Chi having their own party in my 3 years on campus. Somehow they’ve been able to swing “joints” with other frats, aka them going to the other houses’ liveout and bringing nothing in return. The only reason they’re still on campus is because of their chapter house. Besides that, they have nothing going for them.

Lambda gets a ton of hate on here. I know some cool older guys in their house and have met a couple deadbeat tools as well (I find this to be the case with almost every large house). They’ve done pretty well for not having a chapter house so kudos to them. All and all, they’re a lot like sigep but more respectable. Unlike sigep they don’t do many joint social events with other frats, which I think actually hurts their organization a little.

Ever since I got to UO in 2018 this fraternity was one of the houses we always joked about because they were extremely low tier. They had some nice guys but were overall kinda weird and lacked any kind of social scene. Now that they have a chapter house, so they could potentially fix that. It’ll probably be a couple more years because they’ll need the scrubs they recruited from earlier years to graduate.

While it is a popular sorority a lot of the girls are very rude, talk behind each other’s backs, and are untrustworthy…I’m glad I dropped

The new pc is overall chill. Definitely fun girls and have not had a negative experience with theta. I’m interested to see where the house goes.
