Sure they party with hot girls, but is just because they have a cool house. None of them can talk to girls. instead of rushing their own guys, they steal pledges from other houses. Literally I don't understand how they are considered "the top" houses by guys rushing.

These are basically all the GDI's that got approached to start a new "upcoming fraternity with great benefits". They are all a bunch of dweebs and do absolutely nothing social wise. They may have a house, but they shouldn't even be called a fraternity.
