Unfortunately they're parties are like this: They're either huge or low-key. One of the things that didn't keep them from being the top last year was their lack of live-outs. From what I've heard, they have multiple this year though so that will be an improvement. They have the best basement on campus too anyway which is a plus. Their pledge classes last year were definitely a step-up from what I've seen before so I'm expecting big things to come for these guys. They're also really involved

This is a great group of girls. Very inclusive and fun to be around. Theta has impressed me at parties and events and have quickly become one of the best sororities on campus to be around.
