Rushed Kappa Sig but decided on another house. Definitely had a good time with them though! They have some really chill dudes but the only downside is they do not have a chapter house, but that's not too big of a deal. Throw some good parties and are always good to girls. Lookin forward to maybe having some functions with them and a sorority this year.

If you think Beta is anything less than a top house because of this ranking you are wrong. Just look at the # of reviews, I think it has the 4th most out of all of them. The reason it's so low on this scale is because a lot of people hate on them because they have exclusive parties. But overall, Betas are chill dudes that know how to party but also get their work done. They party with the hottest sororities on campus and live next to Aphi (THE hottest). Don't listen to everyone's BS on here.
