Not having a house prevents them from reaching top frat status. All the guys I've met in sig nu are pretty chill and give off a more laid back vibe. They're never creepy either. They usually have 3 or 4 parties a week and seem to have a decent amount of functions with top and mid tier sororities. Their sports teams usually do pretty well in philanthropy tournaments too

I just met a bunch of Theta pledges and they are hot! And sweet and smart. They all seem really chill. I think Theta is on the rise especially with the new PC. They will be top tier soon.

AXO is a solidly middle tier house. The girls are laid back, interesting, and approachable. You can't really stereotype them because there's such a variety of girls, but overall a great house that's involved and knows how to party.
