They've changed, for the better, and are setting themselves for future success. Sometimes a bit of a MLM approach it seems when it comes to recruitment, it is rare to join past your first semester of freshman year. They involve themselves in clubs, but the clubs seem to be exclusively sig chis. Good group of guys, can throw down decently hard, get good grades and are now clean from the previous filth and should be a mainstay on campus. Top tier, prolly top frat.

It will be interesting to see the direction of the fraternity this year as most all their notable guys (except the loveable JT) have graduated. They are a solid bunch of guys who never can seem to do take advantage of the situation and be "top-house". They live for greek week, but would be less competitive if they didn't bid basketball players. An odd mix, but they love each other. Seems to be the frat you join later in your semester, after you settle down and establish yourself on campus. Low key but high key brotherhood. 3/5

They seem to have a close bond amongst themselves but they can be less nice to others outside of Pi Phi.

If you’re looking for a party, check out DSP or maybe Sig Chi (although Sig Chi is kinda a wild card now so who knows). If you’re looking for a nice, classy guys who respect women, ATO is the way to go.

A great sorority that gets a lot of flack they don't deserve. They have a big reputation as parties, but honestly the sophomore and freshman pledge classes in Kappa go just as hard or harder than Chi O's, they are just not as authentic about it and although not as noticeable as the girls who do go out, there are a fair number of girls in Chi O who rarely do. They have more of an identity than Pi Phi and are not as catty as KKG. They're very driven academically and had 2 girls in the top 10 graduating seniors. Instead of judging these girls by their stereotype, people really should get to know them personally first.

A fraternity full of great guys. Both the spring and fall pledge classes are dedicated, hard-working, and genuinely nice guys and most of the ones who are left from the "old EX" are the same. Instead of taking advantage of girls, they look out for them like their sisters and instead of partying all the time, they find a balance between work and play. If they pick up the same caliber of guys this fall as they have right now, they will easily bounce back to the frat they once were and better.

They are still dogged by their reputation from 2007-2014. Since 2015, they've been brick by brick rebuilding into a model fraternity, though they did bid some great party animals who weren't the best at not getting in troubling and creating rumors. They've done well to bid not necessarily outstanding frat guys but rather freshman and sophomores who are above average and all-in into turning DSP into a well-oiled and function fraternity that won't get kicked off. Don't get me wrong, they still put partying over academics. Top tier but 2nd and there are some reservations. 2018/19 will be a monumental changing year for them.
