Delta Zeta - ΔΖ Sorority at Old Dominion University - ODU 1.9 This sorority has continued to favor certain members while punishing others for actions that are not nearly as bad. They continue to give positions to girls who do not put in as much effort or do not represent the chapter well because they are favored over some of the other hard working girls. They have disciplined sisters for things posted by other people but won’t do the same for other sisters. They did this while I was a part of the chapter and I still see things that would never be approved being posted with no disciplinary action. I would not recommend this chapter until they can learn to treat sisters without favoritism.

It’s a group of girls who always has tried so hard to fit in ANY group and just fell short. Also- why do so many DZ girls dislike showers? Don’t walk behind a group of them if you enjoy fresh air.

Delta Zeta - ΔΖ Sorority at Old Dominion University - ODU 2.4 In order for the sorority to truly change, the SISTERS must stop informing new recruits/sisters on who to avoid. The girls that have done this are on e board or have positions.Stop gossiping and making people feel bad.

Delta Zeta - ΔΖ Sorority at Old Dominion University - ODU 3.4 DZ is only getting so many negative ranks now because people know they’re rising and getting better than they have been. I’m not going to pretend like they don’t have any internal issues because every organization does, but they’re nowhere near as awful and toxic as some of these comments make them out to be. There are things that can and should be improved, but you will be extremely hard pressed to find any group at any school that has nothing to improve upon. Rather than getting jealous that a “lower tier” sorority is getting better, some of y’all should focus on why you’re so insecure or upset in the first place.
