I have a friend in this chapter who is treated horribly. She is never included in anything. Especially on social media. When they post old photos with an alumna in it, that just shows you how important the current sisters are. She doesn’t even go here anymore and she has the opportunity to be featured on the page. Guess my friend isn’t pretty enough to be featured in anything, which is ironic considering how they love to say all their sisters are beautiful.

Literally love these guys! They are all super nice and kind. They aren’t very well known, but they definitely deserve more credit

As an alum from theta phi, I am very disappointed in the previous comments and what DZ has turned into. Instead of lifting each other, you are tearing each other down. This is not what people look toward in a sorority and you all need to better yourselves. The whole Greek life system at ODU needs to re-evaluate themselves. Stop pushing blame and fix your own actions. You are no better than anyone else.

DZ is getting light years better from what they use to be and every new class is progressively more attractive, social, nice and smart. The older sisters are a problem and will seemingly do anything they can think of to sabotage each other and new girls that want to make DZ a better sorority. They are incredibly toxic and their presence will always prevent dz From reaching the top tier. Your time was up!! Some of you aren't even in school anymore and you are making the new sisters' experience terrible. You know who you are, so move on. For those that have been here too long and haven't graduated it's also time for you to graduate and move on. DZ is going to do incredible things and it will only happen without you.

They auto bid so they have SOOO many brothers and no brotherhood, more like a fraternity of sub cliques. Very disorganized even with 90 brothers only like 20 stand out. Also they love to tell you how “top tier” they are every chance they get. I think it’s hard to be top tier with a 2.57 and yalls parties are sausage fests. Watered down pikes with even less minority’s... yikes

Don’t let all these Phi Tau’s fool you... they are self ranking to make them self’s look better they had a 2.37 chapter GPA (Fall 17) look it up which puts them on probation. For every “cool” brother there is 5 geeds. Go to an IM or party and you will see
