They fall 2013 pledge class is hot, and they like to party. If they keep this up and do the same during spring recruitment then they might have a future as being at the top again. They do care about their grades a lot but there's nothing wrong with that.

I'm so confused about why these guys are rated so low. Obviously must be from other fraternities, because Theta Chi is one of the most fun, attractive, and involved fraternities on campus. My entire chapter loves them!

These girls can be seen around at all fraternity parties. They are not selective when it comes to their friends. They are working hard to change their image and are doing a decent job but have a long way to go. clearly not 3rd but maybe one day

They are too knew to ODU to consider themselves top tier. They don't even understand sorority life yet because they're all too new, and they don't actually get involved on campus. Good luck recruiting with no prior experience!
