These sisters do not even seem happy to see other sisters on campus. I only see a smile or a tiny hello, which is not right! They act so kind and welcoming during recruitment, but I do not see that out of recruitment. They seem super cliquey which is not at all what I want in a sisterhood. I see the sisters walking around campus in the same groups. Its sad to see that coming from "a close-knit sorority." I really hope they work on this because they would be a great sorority.

This is not an open Sorority. Too many cliques and if you are not in a certain clique, then they won't even try to talk to you. Their philanthropy is perfect, but the overall sisterhood needs work.

Alpha Phi is an amazing sorority that is so well rounded and is looked up to by other Greek organizations. They're sisterhood is so tight and you can tell they genuinely care and love each other

This chapter used to be worse than Kappa Alpha, PI Kapp, Sig ep, Sig Nu. I mean they had like six guys who just sucked. But they've actually come from the complete bottom to the lower middle over the last three years. Which doesn't sound that impressive but it is. They've initiated a good number of athletes and attractive dudes and they compete intramurally. They're going to struggle socially for a long time, but they have shown serious strides.
