I'm a transfer from Delt, so I'm not overly involved at ODU, but these guys are mad chill. The only real criticism I see is that they don't give out many bids. Considering most chapters recruit so heavily due to low retention rates from disorganization and lack of brotherhood, I don't really think that's a bad thing. I don't see them do much with other chapters, but they're pretty dedicated to their philanthropy and values. If I was unaffiliated, I'd consider pledging.

From what I've seen they have a great sisterhood. Got a handful of hot girls and I always seem to run into them all over campus. I love the pi phis
