This fraternity shouldn't be on campus anymore. These guy are really weird and they can't recruit worth anything. They will continue to push the envelope since they got away with some much already.

A lot of hot, athletic and smart guys. You won't get the same sloppy alcohol poisoning college experience like you will at theta and lambda but they still know how to throw down. I have to put them at middle tier because they graduated a lot of people and are kind of starting fresh without the same social connections. I'm still sure that they will do well this year though.

They hate to see you winning boys. Theta Chi's obviously have not grown out of the High School mindset as you can see in their reviews of you guys. With lambda gone they won't be able to use them for girls anymore (sorry not sorry). Keep it up boys.
