This "colony" is just a few pledges from lambda chi trying to start something up again. their parties are lame and they think that they are top tier because a few alpha phi's hang out with them. These guys have some potential if some of their members would stop living in the shadow of lambda chi, but they're going nowhere fast. Don't waste your valuable greek college years with this project.

They're getting a lot of flak for events that had nothing to do with them directly, but this is a tight knit group of guys that actually care about one another and helping others. Wholesome group that is definitely on the rise to the top after winning Homecoming and after becoming highly competitive in sports.
