They are popular because they are pretty and party a lot. They do get negative comments made about them because of jealous people but these girls are horrible I only like one Alpha Phi and she hates being in it because her sisters are mean to her and I have seen it first hand. They sleep with all the same guys and even each other's boyfriends and None of them respect anyone Their recruitment process is fake. the organizers only use their friends at their big events and ignore their sisters they don't talk to. Why do you think you only see the same 5 girls in their pictures, recruitment video, and other events? I overheard an alpha phi complaining about how left out she feels and how tired she is of her sisters and recruitment They also think everything is about them and that people only dont like them because they are "so pretty" you ladies are something else. If you dont want your boyfriend taken from you and to be bullied for 4 years dont join them. join another club

As a senior and sister in another chapter on campus I would say that DZ is improving. They are much more social than before and more friendly. I see more of them on campus more often. They could use some help with PR and social media and doing more events on campus but overall they are great girls. Rock recruitment this year!
