Honestly only worried about maintaining a reputation built years ago by people not even in the chapter anymore. If they worried more about who they’ve are now and the current people in the chapter, maybe they’d be a little less headass and a little more popular.

All about popularity and image. No real sisterhood. Some girls are nice but would not rush them if you are not shallow and self-centered. It'd be nice to see some individuality in the group.
