This sorority has girls dropping left and right because of how toxic it’s being run by its exec board, and because of how rude almost everyone in the sorority is. All around campus you can see the lack of “sisterhood”which they claim is their number one priority. They act as though they don’t even like each other, or anyone else on campus for that matter. They seem very stuck up and unwelcoming for an organization that is not very involved on campus.

Used to be a top tier sorority but now girls are dropping left and right. They talk poorly ab all other sororities on campus, and there’s a lot of internal drama. Puts up a real nice front for pnms tho, but don’t fall into the trap.

Top sorority. Greek life at nova is pretty average as is, but if you want the closest experience to one of the big schools, I’d rush dphie.

Phi sig has gone down so much. I’m an alum and this sorority has gotten so much worse. I’m genuinely embarrassed to have been a part of it.

Honestly, was a really big supporter of DPhiE- until the past couple of years. Some of the girls are just really snotty. Their Exec creates a toxic environment- leading solid members to drop. Need an attitude adjustment or all the work their alum have done is for nothing.

For the most part everyone is friendly but some of the girls can be cliquey and cause drama. They are pretty inclusive but could honestly do well with giving out fewer bids to filter out some of the more dramatic girls
