Considered the best frat on campus for awhile now but phi Delt is coming up quick even though they just became a chapter. They are very confident and exclusive which can be good or bad depending on how you look at it

Sig Delt has obviously changed a lot after looking at past comments from 5 years ago. The girls are really down to earth and are always involved with all the other frats & sororities. They get looked over sometimes. They don’t give into the typical sorority bs so that’s probably why.

Kappa Sig overall comes out pretty well .FIJI known for a specific type of “Frat Bro” and Phi Delt being known for their predominant ISA (google it). The hard part is they are known to be -Very- wealthy with pompous attitudes toward non Greeks or those who aren’t in their “circle”. They all have nice cars, vacation in fancy places, and will show you the “good life”.... they often are with DPHIE who are their male equivalent of very pretty, wealthy girls. However if you make friends with a brother and become “in” you quickly notice attitudes changing and an overall niceness. Their over involved on campus which allows them to suck up to admins and get away with almost anything.

Generally top choice in Recruitment. Very active group of girls and always has the best GPA. Many of them are nice but a few can be really mean/condescending to nonGreeks.

Delta Phi Epsilon is the Alpha Phi at NSU. They definitely are the most wanted sorority and are full of blondes just like your basic sorority movie. They are very nice to each other but sometimes not to other people. The BEST sorority on campus. Most popular with the fraternities as well.

Bottom tier sorority, nice girls but not too popular of a sisterhood. Never had problems with them at all, but not the most fun to party with.
