Their 'parties' are just them playing video games. Almost all of them are friendzoned. They have a bunch of geeks so their GPA is good so I guess that is going for them. Nickname on campus is felta-thigh cause they have some shady unicorns. To be top tier they need to have good house parties and slay the ladies, they do neither. Will never be past middle tier

Theta phi has a lot of great girls, they just don’t participate much but are starting to more and more. Overall a great chapter with a ton of great looking girls and solid values.
