Needless to say in the past 2 years they have gone through the roof with improvement of this chapter. Nicest house, solid group of guys (some a little awkward), and recently won chapter of the year.

Don't do anything within greek life anymore, small parties, guys are constantly in the gym but thats about it with KA. If you want some solid workout partners, join KA, if you wanna do anything else fun in College and be able to have solid workout partners, rush someone else.

Some of the best guys on this campus, work hard and care about more than just partying and can get down and party super hard. Kanye west party was unreal, will be going back to Phi Delt a lot. Phi Delt and Phi Sig are extremely fun fraternities that are good for the image of greek life as well.

Horrible. Rushing to get in requires a "100% vote," unless you know a few of them. It's a completely biased and unconventional rush experience. Rush events are cheap & quick & are not required for actives. Rushees hardly have time to meet actives to secure a bid. Totally not worth it. Most are not the true "gentlemen" they lead you to believe. The "brotherhood" is pathetic. No one has ever see more than 6 (out of 70+) together at a time unless it's rush related events or formals
