In my opinion (and many others):
Gamma Phi, Theta, Alpha Phi
DG, AXO, Pi Phi

Sig Ep by far best frat, Lambda second, Pike 3rd
Sig Chi/Sig Nu are the worst
SAE is on suspension

The ratings above me are by far the worst I have ever seen for fraternities..
Here are the real ratings for fraternities

Pike/Sigma Chi/Lambda
Sig ep/ Sigma nu
Kappa sig/Beta/ Pi Phi for guys
SAE is on suspension but usually high middle or top tear
